Wine Country Choices…

The wine country of Northern California is more than just a place to sip as it is home of some of the best wines in the world.

It is also the destination of some of the most charming towns and cities that I have ever visited. Healdsburg, Sonoma, Glen Ellen, Sebastopol, Geyserville and many more. I especially love the towns that were built centered around a town square which features a park setting to gather for picnics, concerts or play.

All offer urban wineries and fantastically elegant or casual dressed down wineries residing in the heart of spectacular vineyards and specimen oak trees,

Let’s not forget about the plentiful craft breweries and interesting dispensary’s,

Sharing a meal in Sonoma or Napa County will spoil you to eat anywhere else. Multitudes of savory creations and sweet infusions wow your tastebuds. Guaranteed you will leave delighted.

Begin or end your special evening by topping this off with a unique hand shaken cocktail with just the right amount of cool.

I love the niche boutiques where you will find that special piece your closet can’t do without. Be careful because it’s so easy to drop the coins…even on your favorite furry friend.

Most of all there are many hotels, bed and breakfast’s and owner rentals to abode depending on your budget and experience expectations.

It will take many visits to feel like you have satisfied your passion because wine country is more than just that.

Enjoy!

“One should always be drunk. That's all that matters...But with what? With wine, with poetry, or with virtue, as you chose. But get drunk.”
